RETURNS:
No returns for change of mind accepted. 

REPLACEMENT:
In the event your items arrive in a faulty or damaged condition or if you receive the wrong items, you must please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please send images of damaged item and parcel label.

SHIPPING:
All Parcels are sent with Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post) or Sendle. 

Tracking Available.

Please take note Australia Post has advised there are delays for all parcels to and from WA.

Free shipping is not available on sale items.

PICK UP:
You order can be collected from Wattle Grove, WA.

DESIGN and PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow up to 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. 

In busy times, we will let you know if there is any delay in shipping your orders.

Personalised orders may take up to 10 days as we design and make your order to your specification's. 

Rhinestone Tumblers take up to 4 weeks as they are custom made.
